CUTTING AND PUNCHING

Sheets of different metals pass through multiple stages of processing.
Fed from coils, sheets are flattened and cut to size. In the sheet metal plates obtained, holes are drilled to which flanges, heat exchangers and fittings required by the customer are attached. Using specially made calanders, different radiuses of curvature of metal profiles are obtained.
The plating of a steam generator is made by bending, cutting, punching and curving the plates this way.
